If you ever have issues with your apartment, our five experienced, competent, and friendly maintenance staff members with a combined 50 years of experience are just a phone call away.
Emergency maintenance is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year.

Our Stadium Crossing and Varsity Court units are ideal for 3-5 individuals per unit, while units at Cedar Creek are best for 2-3 individuals per unit.

Tenants are responsible for arranging and paying for their own utilities priot to move-in.

At Stadium Crossing, assuming typical use, electricity and water tends to run an average of $100-120 per month over the course of an entire year. At Cedar Creek, these utilities tend to run approximately $80-100 per month. Phone and cable prices vary based on what features and packages you choose to purchase.

When you sign a lease with Varsity Properties, you will need to complete a tenant application and pay a security deposit, typically $500 per person, within a month of signing. At that time, or shortly thereafter, you will be assigned a unit within your desired complex. We encourage you to view the actual unit you will be renting. When signing a lease, we ask that your entire leasing party be present. However, if logistical difficulties prevent this, we can work around you and your roommates’ busy schedules.

Other details regarding landlord/tenant relationships are outlined in your lease, which we have attempted to draft in a straightforward manner. You are welcome to take a copy of our lease with you so that you or your parents can review it. We are more than willing to answer any questions you or your parents may have about your lease and the leasing process.
